Returns
We accept return requests within 7 days of receiving the order.
To qualify for a return:
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- Products must be returned with original packaging and labels.
- A valid invoice or proof of purchase is required.
Customized, made-to-order, or bulk production items are generally non-returnable, except in cases of manufacturing defects or shipment errors.
Non-Returnable Products
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Customized or personalized products
- Clearance or discounted sale items
- Used, washed, or customer-damaged items
- Products returned after the allowed return period
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos or videos.
After verification, we may offer:
- Product replacement
- Partial refund
- Full refund (depending on the issue)
Refund Procedure
Once the returned product is received and inspected, our team will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund request.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed through the original payment method.
- Refund processing may take 7–14 business days depending on banking procedures.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error occurred from our side.
After verification, we may offer:
- Product replacement

- Full refund (depending on the issue)
Exchange Policy
We replace products only if:
- The item received is defective
- The wrong item was delivered
- The product was damaged during shipping
Customers must contact our support team before sending products back for exchange.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our mistake.
For expensive shipments, we strongly recommend using a trackable courier service, as Urbane Heir Industries cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
